WHO IS DAVID & WHY AM I GIVING AWAY A FREE CHALLENGE?

My Goal is pretty straight forward. 

Owning a Private Training Facility (Our Focus is Strength & Body Composition Coaching) that's full Year round in Galway, I want to help more Lads OUTSIDE of Galway that don't have the Luxury of being with us here. I want to help you get OUT of the rut you're now in.

And more importantly, get some serious results you know you can probably make if you've the right guidance.

This Challenge let's me prove that to you, and that I'm not full of 💩 either. Think of it like full access to me for 2 weeks, then after that, it's your choice if you want to continue on further or not.

WHAT YOU GET OVER THE 14 DAYS

Based off PRINCIPLES over Meal Plans that puts your body in fat burning mode & kickstarts the whole process easily losing 1-2 kilos of body fat, but more importantly, learning HOW along the way.

  • x6 Strength & Physique designed Sessions to not only burn body fat & tone up, but build Fitness, Strength & add more muscle to the areas you want like the arms and chest.
  • Extra Conditioning sessions throughout the week to ramp up your fitness, while burning calories both during and the days after the session to maximise the 14 days.
  • YES, you'll need to be a member of a Gym. This is not some 'HIIT' interval home program. If you're serious about building proper strength & muscle - I'll show you how. If you're looking for some 'home routine', just google that.
  • Like-Minded lads with similar goals all in a private Facebook group. Like my Facility here in Galway, Doc Fitness is a community that get's results.

KIERAN'S OWN ROUTINE WASN'T REALLY WORKING

Having been in & out of the gym for years ~ Kieran wasn't really making the progress he wanted, yet was skeptical because he's 'used to doing his own gym routine'. Within 6 weeks he lost more bodyfat fat than he had in the past 2 years.
