The College years caught up fairly fast, there's only so much Chicken Goujons, Spuds, Butter and Beer one's body can take! And like most lad's, the little gut along with a double chin isn't exactly what you want, and it doesn't exactly do wonders for your confidence either.
On the flip side, it's what sparked the start of Doc Fitness back then, to now running a Private Facility that's at capacity Year Round here in Galway.
So, in a nutshell I'm David, owner of Doc Fitness & Doc Fitness Online with the aim of Helping lads like yourself online that don't have the luxury of making our facility here in Galway. But, with a difference..
At the end of each Alpha6, the overall best Transformation along with the x3 Previous Program Winners have the opportunity to come to Galway for a 4 hour Meet-Up Including;
If the work is put in, these are the kind of results you will be Guaranteed. Science isn't guesswork so the only thing standing in the way of your progress is 'how much' body fat you have to lose. Results will vary from person to person but YOU WILL get results. Period.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED
To prove to 'what you get' with this online challenge, I'm confident to offer you the first week for €1 first. Thereafter, the Program is Automatically billed at €19 Per Week for the remaining 5 Weeks which is still less than the price of a coffee a day when you put it into perspective.

Do I need to be a member of a gym to do Alpha6?
To get the most from the program and your results, being a member of a gym is a must. However, we have mutliple clients who have gotten by fine for home workouts provided they have some basic equipment like a Squat Rack, Bench Press, Dumbbells etc.
I haven't worked out in Months (or Years), will I be able for this?
Everything starts with your fitness level and 'quality' of movements first, which means, you won't be lifting anything you're not 100% confident with until you've learned that movement with ease on bodyweight first. Then each week, you aim to do that bit more. Every single exercise coaching video is housed on the website for the program & there's a mini technique section before the program starts too. So in short, it can be tailored any way that's needed for your fitness level.
I've tried things in the past, will this work for me?
Alpha6 is based off the latest science and first hand experience coaching 100's of clients every week at Doc Fitness Galway. We give you everything you need to get the results you want. If you follow the plan (and learn along the way too) and keep accountable with your coach, you will make the progress and transformation you're after.
I'm really busy with work or might be away during the 6 weeks, is this ok?
We want you to learn principles at the end of the day, so if your 6 weeks might be disjointed by a week due to life or travel circumstances, that's perfectly fine. Just continue forward when you can to get the 6 weeks completed. If one week runs into the next because you are busy, it's the same thing, complete it when you can and do what you can with the lifestyle you lead.
I'm a picky eater, will you have meal plans to suit me?
The Nutritional coaching side of Alpha6 is based entirely of your food preferences, you DO NOT have to eat something you don't like or starve yourself either. This is a program where you're educated behind Nutrition so you can make smart choices moving forward while dropping bodyfat. Sure, there's cookbooks, recipes, templates and Calorie/Macro targets for this with Alpha6, but it's all individualised to you, your preferecnes and your lifestyle.
