Owning a Private coaching facility that's full Year round here in Galway, I want to help more people OUTSIDE of Galway that don't have the Luxury of being with us here. I want to help you get out of the rut you're in.

And more importantly, make visual progress so you're not spinning your wheels left to your own devices.

This isn't guesswork either, it's science.

This Challenge let's me prove that to you, and that I'm not full of 💩 either.

YOU'LL GET 14 DAYS OF PERIODISED TRAINING DESIGNED TO SHRED BODY FAT

  • x6 Strength & Physique designed Sessions to not only burn body fat & tone up, but build Fitness, Strength & add more muscle (tone) to the areas you want like your arms, legs and chest.
  • Don't worry, we've got you covered here too. We have EVERY technique video for you to watch before you hit the gym to know what you're at. And it can be SCALED to your level too.
  • YES, you'll need to be a member of a Gym to do this.

CHECKING IN WITH YOUR OWN COACH

  • We want to give you a taste of what getting 'coached' online is really like. So you'll get 1-1 access to David here too when checking in with your coach after Week 1 through email.

  • The 14 Days programme will be delviered inside our Private Facebook Group.
  • Every exercise coaching video will be put in here along with videos on where to get started with your Diet & how to 'read' the workouts too.
  • We'll also be asking for accountability pictures in here too so you can get the most out of the 14-days & make sure you actually do it!
