I (David) only take on a handful of 1-1 clients year round that are serious about getting the most from your training & nutrition. Maybe you’ve already seen great progress, but you’re stalling now and want professional help to get to the next level.

However, if you’re starting from scratch with resistance training, you will be more suited to our DocFit6 programme above first. Many of our 1-1 clients have either been training for years or have already gone through our DocFit6 Programme before committing to 1-1 coaching.

However, if you’ve been resistance training for over 1+ Years and maybe you have past experience having a different online coach, this could be an option to suit you if you’re not looking for 1-1 coaching but still want ‘some’ accountability.
